These gotta be overdose i took one and had some sides. Googled it and all the sides i had seemed to be from overdose. Next time Im breaking the pill in half and spliting the powder .25

Same thing happened to me. After the first time I open them up and dump half in my hand or on my tongue, then save the pill/reset for next dose.
Also this was my first time taking this. I honestly don't think I needed it. I was over worried about progesterone gyno but more experience now tells me I didn't need it.

0.5mgs is a big dose too. I run half of that every third day to good effect.
Yeah Im not takin .5 again. Im goin to try .25 twice a week and see how that works.. I don't like these sides so far.

AnonProblem is: powders are hard to mix so somewhere in the batch someone got under dosed. I have the same Cabs and I thank you for the heads up.

I was light headed and a little dizzy. Also nauseaed. Lost my appetite also
