Damn subs its been awhile since i have been on here. You have picked up weight nicely. Keep whatever your doing up. It seems to be working.
I was cruising at about 195 pounds and 12 % BF..Then I started eating less calories and dropped to 190 same bf but bloated..Im walking at 187-190 minus water and down to 10% BF. Measurements are all the same as 195 pounds. Thank You

Lol..ya, I was gettin worried cause I was remaining the same weight and eating an extra 1000cal. a day.. It made no sence at all. My arms usually would be up and instead remained the same size..So, i thought I was doin something wrong. I just compared side by side before ebc pics with this one and the mass is the same however i can see muscle..
Last time i ran it on the test/eq cycle everything was standard sliw gains. Then in one week while bigger and stronger i dropped two pounds! Freaked out til i put Jeans on....all fat n water drop.

I know..Its crazy..I can wear some old board shorts I had when I was weighing 170 pounds..But my new shirts feel tight and old shorts are snug around the quads..

Any time..Be prepared to do weighted treadmill (incline) 30 mins..Followed by heavy weighted dip or pullup and plenty of chest presses..lol
No, on the real...I just wanted to get my tendons and neck muscles ect..ready for some strickt heavy lifting..Dont need the same reoccuring injuries to come up while im in full blast mode at the gym. First 2 weeks is training at home then switch to a local 24hr gym. Then end at my oldschool gym with pool..Everthing is outlined for the next 8 weeks and in place..diet most inportantly..Sometimes i pace back and forth wondering what I will grill or bake for my next meal.
