I am not the most reliable source of info as this is only my second cycle. First time ever using Prop. Only ran the E alone last time. However, I have pinned the P twice now and absolutely no noticeable PIP thus far at all. Hit the left delt before training chest on Sunday and the right before shoulders today. I can hardly tell I even pinned Smooth as butter.
