BF% Caliper and MyoMeasure

ad

I feel everyone on here should get a tool like this in one form or another. I'm tired of everyone saying "I think my BF% is 12 or 13 percent" but not really having any idea where it's at.
Get online and get you one of these, its so cheap that you can't afford not to have one. This caliper and tape measure combo was $10 and was at my house in 48 hours through my Amazon Prime account. Here's a link to this actual one, but there are plenty of other good ones out there like this...go getya one fellas!

Also shout out to JTizzle for telling me to get a caliper.

I have the Accu-measure calipers.I bought them around 1991.Are they still made in the U.S.A.?

have you compared results of those tools as oppose to a good digital scale with bf,water, muscle measurements ? my scale since ive been on test,gh seems to be steady in its results, been on gh for around 4 months at least maybe more and my bf has dropped over 2 percent, muscle up 2 percent and weight up 15 pounds. just curious, im guessing they are not an exact science but i did read into which scales gave the most accurate results and ordered away. never fluctuates like every other digi ive stepped on

Bro dont rely on one of those home scales to read body fat.. I would recomend going to a University located close by you. Sometimes in the kinesiology building they will be more then happy to run free tests for you on Body Comp and so on.

Cant go wrong with the calipers... PERSONALY... I felt I had a better reading with Calipers then the Dunk Tank.. With the dunk tank youve gotta let all your air out for acouple seconds while under water. For me thats VERY uncomfortable. Electrical impedanse was GTG also if you have Cheddar.
