weight 230 bf between 11 to 13 bf % I do have a six pack but it is not shredded
1 cycle of test e 500 mg
goals : looking to be 235 but more shredded
meal 1 12 egg whites 2 pieces of wheat toast with some almond butter
meal 2 shake cause im at work
meal 3 8 0z chicken breast 2 cups brown rice and 2 cups of frozen vegs ( again im at work haha)
meal 4 8 oz of ground turkey 2 cups of steamed broc crowns
meal 5 shake and 2 cups of oats
meal 6 post work out turkey sandwich on wheat
meal 7 8 0z of flank steak and a small salad hearts of romaine is my go to for all salads
meal 8 one shake Casein before bed time
training 4 days a week every body part once 2 days on 1 off mostly compound movements the basics bench,dips,pull ups,deadlift,squat etc.
Sounds like a solid meal plan. Are you going to be using any Orals?
Anonya im not sure i was looking in to tbol because I hear it is good for recomp any thoughts?

At least 600mg eq min.
I think youd be better off dropping the eq or double that dose i like moderate dose cycles but personally 600mg eq does lil but jumping to 7-800 made a huge difference
Anonwhat should I use instead of eq im looking to recomp to be honest
I think eq would work good if you up the dose and can keep your hunger/ diet inline
