Hahaha this l these comments are great. I Started at 135 I'm 175 in 8 months. But I'm 5'11. I know this is 4 years ago but you looked great. I'm hoping to hit 200lbs. But I do use gear. Anything to help
Looks like you got some haters already man! Haha breakingface is completely retarded! Can't really see anything but an arm, but that arm looks solid! 5'6'' 160 is a good sized man imo! If and when you get to 200 lbs you will be huge for your height!
@freerage I posted a pic today from 3-4 months ago please give me your opinion hope all is well.
Looking good brother! You most certainly have a great frame to begin with AAS!
I look forward to seeing a picture in 3-4 months time!
@MuscleDevelop I posted a pic today from 3 months ago let me know what you think hope all is well my friend :-)
@MuscleDevelop Thankyou sir with your help we'll make it happen. For sure I will!
Anonget aromasin instead
@breakingface Your a moron and a troll. What difference would it make for me to be 10lbs heavier to begin my first cycle?Your the last person I want advice from.Coming from a guy using aas at 16 years of age and getting bitch tits?So your impressed because your 5'10 200lbs? LOL come talk to you when you 5'6 245lbs in the offseason with a 6pack and a national level bodybuilder like my close friend/training partner is.I posted this pic for fun and enjoyment.Thanks.
Put your heart and soul into what you do and the Skys The Limit Brother good luck
Hope this cycle gets your where you expect it to
Semper Fi
breakingfaceNo problem. See you in 6 months when Im 230 and you're 163. Little man syndrome alert.
Anontake it easy on him man...... nobody wants to post pics to be flamed........ would you like it? i doubt it ,none of us are perfect ..... so jus chill
breakingfaceWith all due respect have you read this thread? All I said is that he was light @ 160 to start juicing. All I got back was excuses and then personal attacks.
I was 160lbs when I started using AAS. In fact I stayed there for about 5 years before moving up to 175lbs. Guess what? I juiced the whole time. I didn't gain a pound. Was I too light to juice? So only Bodybuilders should juice?
Anonfrom your post above i can see where its going and lets not do that..... you do have a point about reaching full potential i grant you that
IMHO there's just way to many factors genetics play.If your theory was true then every natural 5'6 will be walking at 200lbs naturally but its not.So lets say I do bump my calories to 5000 which I could and I done it and starting getting beginning stages of acid reflux.Do you think I'am going to hit 190-200 naturally because I know it'll never happen?Call it Bro-science what ever you like but I have a point.I can get a little bit bigger naturally and put on a little more muscle tissue. But alot of people who see me say I have a great Natural foundation to start AAS use and a great age.Come to think about it why is there different weight places for competitive bodybuilding? If your theory was true at @breakingface?
I know the feeling all to well I would eat til I puked for months. Just to gain 5 pounds. My ex left me cause I had such bad gas! Haha I was uncomfortably full and hated it. Slow and steady wind the race. I mean if you pack on 20 pounds on a cycle and keep 10-15 I'd say it was worth it.
3PUMPCHUMPGo for it man. You have a good base to work with. Being 160 @ 5'6 is not horrible. Better than being fat thinking juice is going to make you fit. I would suggest 500 Mg per week just how I feel. Hcg is nice to have on hand but imo is overkill for simple test cycle and lots of people like aromasin better than adex.
breakingfaceHow can anyone give advice with out stats?
Well Breakingface I'am 5'6 at 160 lbs I always stay in pretty goodshape and I eat very clean for the most part.I been training for about 3 years.
breakingface3 years and you weigh 160? Does that concern you at all? Somethings off. Training, diet, or rest. All of which need to be addressed and modified before your capable of reaching your natural limit. If you cant get past 160 naturally, steroids arent capable of picking up the slack.
If you decide to cycle under the current circumstances your gains will be sub par and will wither away due to poor diet after the steroids are stopped.
bro here is a quote of something you wrote on this forum
"After 6+ months of self destruction I found myself with free access to a hole in the ground gym. My starting weight was a skinny fat 5'10 160. I was able to get my life back 1lb at a time. Im now sitting at 5'10 180 and there's no limits to how far Im going.
you also said
Ive cycled several times in my life. I started at age 16-18, then I went natural until my current cycle. Currently Im running 800mgs of prop/ 150mgs anavar ED/ 40mg dbol ED. My goal is to bulk up to 200.
another pic you have up was week 4 for hulk gear and you say you weigh 180. you said
The other photos were taken tonight at the gym. Currently sitting at 5'10 180. Currently in week 4 of Hulk labs tren E @800mgs EW and dragon pharm Prop @100mgs EW. Im knee deep in a 500-800 cal surplus bulk. The goal is to hit 190+.
you sound real hypocritical. real recognize real bro and you are barely bigger then this dude on cycle and he is actually 4in shorter then you and looks better, i wont flame war w/ you my last post here. it appears to me your not holding any gains. maybe you should back down to a test only cycle because you are running alot of stuff to be looking that way sitting at 180lbs
let me give you some advice you gave him
Somethings off. Training, diet, or rest. All of which need to be addressed and modified before your capable of reaching your natural limit. If you cant get past 160 naturally, steroids arent capable of picking up the slack.

breakingfaceWow. Classy move. I cycled in high school... that was ten years ago. I base my current advice on things Ive learned over the years. Good experiences and bad.
I started cycling again at 180. As for holding gains im a lean 200 right now.
Im barely bigger than him? Im 4 inches taller and 40 pounds heavier... I guess 40 lbs in barely bigger.
My diet isn't poor sir I consume 4000 calories a day and yes clean food no fast food and I measure my food and calculate it in a spread sheet and through calorie counters.I use to weight 135 when I started.Coming that I feel I have a hardgainer physique.
breakingfaceI used to weigh 9 pounds 2 ounces. You say you eat 4k calories and cant gain... then 4k isnt enough. Its that simple. "Hard gainer" is broscience and used by guys who make excuses rather than making it happen.
It's a huge red flag when you respond to valid points with a litany of prepared excuses. It's a sure fire way to sabotage your potential and you deserve better than that.
IMHO Im not experienced with AAS and alot of Knowledge of what it takes for the whole big picture and im not sitting here acting like it However,
Coming into this Convo as a 3rd party opinion I feel like you at 26 starting at 5'10" 180 and having cycled before and Jp82088 starting at 5'6" 160 and waiting till 25 to even do his first cycle id say he's doing just fine.
Now that being said in time when he finishes his first cycle then the Negativity and that kinda talk and what not can be addressed but i just seems like your belittling the guy...
Now you (breaking face) being a more experience individual at the sport as you seem to be Why not motivate the guy give him some encouraging word tweak his cycle and what not the shit talk isn't necessary for someone whose done no wrong and just wants to better themselves that being said act Professional and conduct yourself as such on here and maybe people would be more susceptible to your advice!
Just respectful advice
Semper Fi Keep Pushing
It's not broscience there are some people that have a really hard time gaining. "Hard gainer" genetics do play a role in it but yes you can up your cals to even 5500 or 6000 and he'd notice a difference. I came from 135 -190 and still have a long way to go. I give him credit for waiting til 25 and he does have a good foundation.
i agree with you brother .i came from 132-202. after 4 years training natural eating like a horse went from 117-132. check my pics out and see what i have worked on for the last 15 years. i am a hard gainer. for 5'6 @160 25y/o this dude got a great start and i wont take that from him , i think he got a great base and is at a good age and if he wants to jump in a 400-500mg/ week test only cycle with all pct on hand i'm gonna help him and support him on that
breakingfacePlease define good foundation. His current diet, training, and rest patterns only allow his body to maintain 160 pounds of mass. Steroids for this guy will be like sending an empty cement truck to a construction site.
Some guys have an "everyones welcome to the party" attitude about steroids. I do not. Fast forward 6 months and this guy will be on here @ 163 talking about how his first 3 cycles were a waste and he's finally ready to do it right.
You say you came from 135-190... So did you start cycling at 135?? Otherwise I fail to see your logic.
Guess with your logic you shouldn't of been cycling when you were at 160 or 180 or what the fuck ever. Why didn't you wait until 200lbs, brah?
breakingfaceWhere do you draw the line? 150, 140, 130lbs?
Btw if he had posted 5'6 170 I would have told him go for it. Point being everyone has their opinion when it comes to someone being ready to run gear. I voiced mine.
A good base/foundation. It's not like the kid is 21 and weighs 145. He has done a good job of waiting and running a test cycle will increase his hunger and show him what he needs to do to maintaine the weight he puts on. I also understand where you're coming from. I just think he did a solid job of being patient.
Not bad at all bro! +1
Thanks man Happy birthday
great natural build to start with. seems like you have researched and jumping in responsibily. best wishes..get big brother. +1
@inzer777 Thank you sir
