When the first shot was taken I was 190(several months back) the second is 205 (current). The main goal was to bring my arms up- specifically to bring them up to match my back width. Anyone with experience will note the bloating in the upper abdomen from force feeding and anadrol. My short term goal is to continue bulking with the hopes of meeting 215 within the next coming months.
