+ 2 before and after BIG D cycle

I ran big d gear. 12 weeks of test enan 600 a week, eq 600 a week. I ran some prop for the first four weeks at 100mg eod. Gained 13lbs...not as much as I hoped but every cycle is different I suppose. I shoulda ate more but its tough because of my work scedule to plan my meals. Oh well, I'm happy with results. Got some clom n nolv for pct...

man you are looking amazing, sure 13lbs isnt huge gain but it looks solid weight and no bloat at all!!! anyone should be happy with clean gains like that and you look like you didnt gain any bf at all! be happy cause thats a very good cycle and pct right and i bet you will keep 10 of those 13 easily i imagine!

Very noticable change but it looks like you need to starting doing some rows and deadlifts because your back is non exsistent in both pics. Just some constructive criticism.

Big d shits strong as hell , week 6 up 15. agree about the eating with work so much is hard too but u gotta get it done even if 80 %. Cant see your pic lol so just sayin. as long as your happy all that matters stay big my friends

Ya bro im in the same boat as u. I eat right as in the quality of my foods, but man I can't eat enough. Im always on the run and I refuse to eat fast food every day. My goal next cycle is to eat every three hours, that's how you gain weight if your an ectomorph like me (tall and lean naturally) . This cycle im currently running has been hectic I switched through so many labs it was ridiculous I kept thinking I was getting underdosed stuff but I wasn't consuming enough calories. My next cycle im already carefully planning from compounds,to diet and training. Im calling it quits on this current one in three wks tapering off with prop. Next cycle im gonna run dbol wks 1-5, deca 1-14 and test enanthate 1-14 with test prop 14-16. Im gonna consume at least 3500 calories per day. I don't believe most ppl that say they weigh 180 and eat 5000 calories a day that's BS its hard to eat that many, most ppl struggle to eat 2500 calories per day. I probably consumed 2300 calories per day most of this cycle. I am def able to eat 3500-4000 calories a day so im gonna do it with all my willpower next cycle. But anyways good job bro at least u had a decent cycle

you can slam down a protein shake after your work outs and slam down one right before you go to bed at night, it helps alot on calorie intake / weight gaining.

13lbs in 12 weeks isnt that bad. it can always be worse. u gotta eat bro. tell me your eating pattern and ill help you out. i finished a cycle 2 weeks ago and i gained 22lbs
