Iu can mix with water it come with or use your own bac water
U take cartridge , then take the machine like pen that has water in it , screw cartridge on pen with water , inject water in cartridge , then pull pen with water out and u set
Every 10 on slin pin is 1iu
If use bac water u can put inside as much as you want
