T/a just shy of a month. Been on the mk 5 days 25mg before bed. Definitely have increased my appetite. Not sure if it’s psychological or not. First time using mk.

I got oral mk677 from elsewhere and I’m running it 30mg. Can’t say much about hunger, but the sleep is much deeper - and I’m actually dreaming multiple times a night. Has your sleep improved??

Yea I’m definitely starving all the time which is throwing me off cause I’m usually a lot more strict. I am getting extra calories in for sure. Really can’t tell on the sleep because I rarely give myself more than 5-6 hours a night and I hardly ever dream so it’s hard to tell. I do have extra swelling in my hands which is unusual but I’ve added in more test recently but I think it’s cause of the mk…

So I was wrong about the hunger - I got home from work today (4 days on so far) and was ravenously hungry. It’s throwing me off, too, because the brownies my wife made haven’t been all that appealing until this afternoon…
