+ 2 Baseline IGF-1 - Above Normal!
Results of the baseline/natural IGF-1 level test I had done the other day in anticipation of jumping back on GH. Wasn’t planning on posting these when they came back, until I saw the results. it’s pretty damn interesting and the exact opposite of what I was expecting,. I pulled my baseline 11 years ago almost to do the day, and it was 124. That old baseline test is in my pictures from back then. Now I’m way older and my levels should have decreased, but theyve actually more than doubled and now I’m outside of normal range. Very odd trend. Hopefully I don’t have some sort of pituitary problem lol. Besides age I figured years of exogenous GH use would have had a negative impact on my natural levels, but that’s definitely not the case. The bloods were pulled early afternoon too, not when IGF-1 levels are at their peak. I wonder if they would have been even higher if I pulled them mid morning.
This definitely throws a wrench in my plan for low dose GH use. I’m not spending all this money to take 2ius a day and replace what I’m making naturally. In the past 2-3ius would likely have me right around 300. I’m glad I got this baseline done or I wouldn’t haven’t known. Im either going to have to up the dose. Or maybe I can take 2iu in the morning before fasted cardio and not suppress my nighttime pulse. Not sure what the latest research says on that. I almost don’t want to fuck my natural levels up taking GH. I might have had some good results with peptides that stimulate more natural GH.
Anyways, just thought this was interesting.

Your baseline is 384??? Not taking any growth or anything?
I think that’s a 0 lol. So 304. But still above normal. When I had this test done I was not taking anything and had been off GH for years. Pretty fucking sweet though. Can’t say the results of my high natural GH was anything special though. Or maybe I was just used to it.
You don’t need to take HGH then. 304 is amazing. Unless you just happen to get a burst. If you end up testing again post it please and let us know what you’re talking and eating. Get the bro science going
300 is nothing special. 500-600 is where the magic happens.
Im on 4iu now and my IGF-1 is 425 and its a night and day difference.
Im interested in the difference between natural levels and artificially raised levels using exogenous GH. In the past I’ve had my IGF-1 in 300s using GH and the results were very different than me naturally being at 300s,
Do you intermittent fasting?
Naaa, I eat all day lol. I’m starving every 2-3hrs.
