+ 3 Base Line Blood Results Help

ad

I was planning on starting my third cycle: 12 weeks of test e (400mg/wk) ending 6-8 weeks with anavar (50mg/day). I have not done a cycle for 10 years. I was taking a bunch of herbal test boosters Dec - Jan/Feb of this year but those are waste of time obviously and i'm not sure if they are harmful on the organs. I'm 37, 5'9", 175lbs, 12% BF. This is the blood test I got back today. Can some vets comment on the high results?? BUN, BUN/Creatinine Ratio, A/G Ratio, AST/ALT. I have done a bunch of reading on this site and I understand these are related to Kidney and Liver. I did lift heavy on legs the night before the blood test and was sore as hell the morning of the blood test and 4 days to follow. I've heard that lifting day before and being sore can artificially elevate liver panel readings. I did fast for 11 hours. I never drink enough water, although that's all i drink (no alcohol or soda)....probably 60 ounces per day. I eat clean, a lot of oats and brown rice, protein intake is about 250mg/day, I've been eating red meet once a day everyday, for the past 3 months ....I have never taken a liver or kidney supplement although I picked up some TUDCA, Liv52, Silymarin, Cranberry Extract, R-ALA. Am thinking about NAC or Essentiale Forte too? ( not sure if too many is not good). I take a multi, vit C, Curcumin, Vit D3, Flax & Fish. I wasn't expecting any red flags and now am seeking advice as to whether I should move forward? re-test? make adjustments etc. Comments on any other parts of the blood results are welcome. Test, LH, FSH, Estradiol (seems high???), SHBG..... thanks in advance. this is one of the most resourceful boards I've been on btw.

Not a problem. Glad I got them. Do have a sense for what average test level for males my age is? I know the range obviously, but thought my test score of 527 was on the low end... Should I be concerned?

Thanks. Appreciate your insight.

Everything looks good to me, happy cycling. Liver enzymes barely out of range, I wouldn't be too concerned about it. More water and your straight. Test looks good and Lh/fsh #'s look great.

No expert by any means, but by my interpretation of your results everything looks straight, but when you start the var be cautious of the ast and alt. your ast is a bit above ref range which really could be nothing. These two are known for being elevated mildly from exercise induced muscular breakdown and since you said you don't drink a lot of water this could definitely be the case. Your bun could be elevated from exercise as well or due to excess protein consumption and again lack of sufficient water. This will obviously have an effect on the bun/creatinine ratio. I say good to go otherwise.

Thanks. Any idea what the A/G ratio means? I know it's the ratio of albumin/globulin but not sure exactly what the high ratio means....
