I have a slightly curved spine so im always tryin to build my back and upper back. What do you do for upper back. Bentover rows, deadlifts???? Whats are some tips? Genetics..lol
Thanks brothers for your encouragement. Been at this almost 14 years. Def need to work the hammys. Quads are looking beautiful with deep cuts but agree with waldonova need to get the leg sweep in gear. Never got above 203 so 201 is pretty good with me
