Deadlifts, Barbell rows, dumbbell rows and pull ups with lower rep ranges for strength and mass.
Machine rows, chest supported rows, cable rows and pull-downs with higher rep supersets or dropsets to get deep in the muscle fibers for damage producing size and a good pump.
I usually choose about two or three heavy exercises and two light exercises doing about four or five exercises for back in any given workout. I hit back once a week.
