Do you find the MK helps with your sleep? And if so what dose do you think would be best for this?
Absolutely does, you can start at 15-25mg an hour before bed. After two weeks ramp up to 25-50mg if need be. I noticed the effects during the first week in.

Mine arrived today!! Is there a certain level that HGH has to be run at to create new muscle cells out of interest, or does it do that at any dose? @Makwa
If we are talking new significant muscle growth then we have to be taking some pretty hefty doses to see any meaningful hyperplasia with just GH. 6+ iu is best. A better alternative instead of blasting copious amounts of GH is to stack GH with some IGF-LR3. Can get some significant hyperplasia with much less potential side effects running 3-4iu GH with 50mcg/ED of LR3.

I did think it was unlikely with MK Lol I just got that so I can hopefully eat more and gain weight, but thought just maybe the HGH increase may be useful too. I thought the HGH might have to be at least 6iu's which is just too steep a cost for me every month. I guess the solution would be the source where everyone gets them together in a deal, then as you say run the HGH less iu's.

How long does the GH last…?
I am not sure how high I will go on this cycle. Probably top out at 4iu/d since I will be taking lr3 along side with it and I usually need to reduce my HGH with that combo or the cts gets to bad. Should last for awhile
can never have to much HGH. It keeps well in my mini fridge
