I havn't noticed much yet from the b complex. how long does it take for you to get the energy effect from it? I get some mild pip from it. The first time i pinned it, I pushed on the plunger to push it in slow and it kinda pushed a lot in real fast and wow it stung bad but im tryin to get use to takin my time. The second time, I was able to push the plunger down slow and steady and there was very little pip.

yes, for now. I havn't ran an aas cycle yet so i wanted to try pinning these first to see if pining was for me and to get practice. So far, its not too bad. Ive never been good with pins at the docs befor but Im ok with it now doin it myself. Ive been pinning quads and the original plan was to do glutes but it was hard to reach and see what i was doin. Im gonna get some test e soon. Maybe take full advantage of ABs xmas sale this week.
