I actually don't isolate forearm training. They just get hit hard on back day and even other training. I have a basic 5 day split (chest,back,legs,shoulders,arms) I just never use cheating accessories (straps, wrist hooks, etc..) and let my forearms get built to handle the weight I use.
Oh and I also use fat gripz on arm day sometimes but not always. And lots of drop sets and super sets with everything.
I hate to criticize and point out flaws but you gotta back off the sunblock on the face...you're pale as a ghost bro lol. And I'll say it once more. You look great and you're living proof that hard work and dedication pays off
