Personally, I'd not run the var with masteron if you're not very experienced. Either way, when I run 17's like var or win, I always take my liver supports like milk thistle. When I run DHT compounds I run saw palmetto for prostate support.
Excessive DHT not only causes hair loss and growth in other areas, but it causes inflammation of the prostate. This leads to bladder problems due to the pressure being exerted on the bladder, as well as sexual dysfunction.

Not if you're running prop. Unless you like the idea of pinning EOD for the next 20 months.
