I would like to plea my case with why there was not a flip off cap and pin holes. The reason why there was not a flip off cap is because all my 10mL vials were already sealed and for a sample I did not want to give a full 10ml vial as a sample so I took of fthe flip off cap and drew 7mL from the samples and left 3mL, that explains the pin holes, I would never send used gear. But I would like to make this up to you and the rest of the eroiders that I sent samples to and send a full 10mL vial with seal and flip of cap to show how the 20mL will look and will be properly sealed and sterile. I am trying to right my wrong and if this will help I have no issue with sending full 10mL vials, which appears to be what I should have done to begin with. Sorry for the complications, and I would appreciate it if you could post this email on my supplier introduction page and on the page that you posted with the pic. It will be a few days until I can actually make it by the post office to send the new samples, as I am having family issues as well and until all these issues are settled the shop will not be open. But I will have the 10mL vials sent out in about 4-5 days when I get a chance to go by the post office. And I have new 20mL vials now. Again sorry for the inconvenience bro.
