I've got the Angtropin, Hygetropin, Hygene and hopefully some others getting tested. Should have some results coming in next week. These take a little time.
Any results yet on any of these others that were tested? thank you very much for doing this for the community bro. Fr sent...have a few questions if you don't mind
So this is the real deal ansome? I remember a couple years ago a few sources on here were selling them at relatively steep prices and they tested poorly on gh serum +1
I've got a few being tested now. Only got 13.3 ng/mL on GH Serum (injected 5mgs) I'm not sure why everyone is still wasting money on GH Serum testing. World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) testing is in the thousands. I think if a $68 GH Serum test could determine legit HGH, they'd probably use that test instead. I dunno
There's sources that sell these here. These have 2 anti-counterfeit stickers (one is a hologram)
I believe the objective of the wada biomarker testing is to detect usage of gh, ghrh, and the possibility of other growth factors, long after it has cleared serum... This testing was developed specifically for (by?) wada and without a doubt would cost thousands...
But that's not a problem we are facing as we generally know when exogh peaks in serum (so we target it for that window)
13.3 w/ 5iu is about right ... Ive seen a bunch of Pharma GH serum scoring in the 20s with the 10iu proticol
Damn I missed that ... 5mg = approx 15 IU right? Hmm then that is low ... I wonder if the production, and mediums used play a role in absorption and impact on the Pfizer/Lilly 3.5-4 hr determination of peak serum
Right, but the $68 GH Serum test from LabCorp doesn't determine 22,125Da. My understanding is it determines 20K+ and 22K+. It doesn't determine Somatropin or Somatrem or anything above 22,125da which would be impurities or other proteins. Desamido somatropin (non-therapeutic). The testing protocol to bring Sandoz Omnitrope as a follow-on (True Generic) didn't use GH Serum to determine it's 'Bioequivalence' to another FDA approved rhGH. BBing forum use GH Serum. But they also said Hygetropin was a GMP product for years. But it never was.
Are you reffering to clinical test(s) for the FDA approval of omni as a biosmiliar? This has definitely been enlightening for me ...
Putting In vivo/in vitro aside ...
I think you make an excellent point on truely determining the safety (adverse immunogenicity, etc) and efficacy of a rHGH similar products produced in these clandestine operations in the Far East ...
Since there are no clinical trials on these products, who really knows what they are doing to us even if they are "rHGH". What process controls could these guys be using that would surpass a pharma giant like sandoz?
I was reading that in early trials even sandoz was having issues with non-neutralizing anti-body and anti-host cell protein antibodies ...
Scary to think about ... Even if it comes back as somatropin on a hplc, does that rule out the existance of impurities ... Such as host cell proteins / or products of misfolding or aggregation ( I plagiarized the last sentence from a page I just read on development of biosimilars).
There's a 2 part test using HPLC. The second part shows other proteins or impurities. Should be less than 6 percent. Tested a fake Jin that was 18.8% impurities (Desamido Somatropin) and 1.1iu (10iu Vial)
Great stuff right here. Thank you for raising the bar on gh testing. +1
Is this good for ansomone ? I've heard mixed reviews on ansomone. Anyone using this ATM ?
jljmma134 ...As far as I'm aware this is not pharma grade hgh but one of 4 in china licenced to make hgh.
do those numbers seem low for Ansomone? I thought there Pharma grad china?
Which numbers seems low?
And not a single source here carries the blue label kind. Awesome lol.

Man I'm dying to see your work on Angtropin and hopefully (eventually?) TP's grey tops . i have a feeling both products are linked to Riptropin
Awesome dude.
Thank u.
What am i missing? It looks like a piece of paper that says verification code works...
Lab Report and Blood Results. Click on the images on the left for a better pic
you deserve a golden star next to your name for all this testing man
need to come up with a fund for testing
Btw you should test some tren hex from ap
Who sells these
The Brown label version i believe was the problem.
Blue label i lost the source that was here :(
Hey yeah

You are paying for analysis on the widely touted chinese generics right? Really interested to see what you uncover on that front

I thought it was a different version
