Also an old trick for swallowing powder if your too cheap to buy the caps... Open the capsule up and dump out half on a small piece of toilette paper and fold it or wrap it up and swallow it like a pill then you can just take the other half of the cap when you need to....word
I bought these awhile back. I dont go through this source anymore because I never recieved my last package I paid for. But incase you are wondering if you take 1 mg adex the half life is 50 hours, the onset is 24 hrs and the duration is about 6 days. That means after taking 1 mg after 50 hrs you will than have .5 mg in your system, after another 50 hrs you will have .25 mg in your system and so on. By taking a whole 1 mg about every 3rd to 4th day you will not have any negative effects and it will still keep your estrogen levels at bay. The main thing here is you do not want the to be going up and down, you want them to stay at a steady low. So about evry 3rd day would be fine unless your worried about money than you can buy some capsules and a scale and split it up into halves or quarters.

How do you dose that? Rule of thumb is around .25 mg per day if you have any sides. So would you just take 1 capsule every 4 days?
