It’s been years since I’ve touched GH. Primarily because I had developed left ventricular hypertrophy so that’s why I went off grid for three years. I got super skinny intentionally. Looking back at the photos I looked like a crackhead But my health is more important. The first two years there was not much improvement with 80 mg Telmisartan and 10mg nebivolol daily. There was less than a 1 mm reduction in the first two years with the best medication. They have to offer here on the west. The third year. I used the peptides cardiogen and goralatide every day for that year after that third year with those two peptides there was a 7 mm reduction. My cardiologist was fucking mind blown. I no longer had the diagnosis. It fully regressed not 100% fully but you get what I’m saying and the overall size of my heart regressed about 20%. With the peptides. I’m only gonna be running very low dosages of the growth mainly for better sleep and recovery. If there is such a thing as cortisol poisoning, I have it right now after the past few weeks in Eastern Europe. My body was never in a fight or flight mode for such an extended period. My stomach has been fucked up. My immune system is completely shut down every little bug I keep catching my sleep is horrible. So GH and especially stacked with GHK is exactly what I needed right now. I will be running 2 iu a day. I had blood work done two hours ago. I asked them to add IGF1 to my blood work for a baseline then I’ll get blood work again on this growth hormone to see how it is, but I don’t know about how to go about testing with blood work growth, hormone levels or IGF-I or anything. I remember years ago seeing that supposedly you’re supposed to take a whole 10 IU shot right before going in for bloodwork please somebody tell me if that’s true or not or if I just continue on the two units a day. And get blood work? Shout out to Ryan. I really appreciate this Brother thank you so much!

Have you run the GHK before? If so, how'd you like it? Friend of mine just started it and, when I looked into it, it sounded intriguing.
Damn mate, sorry to hear about this. What do you think were the main factors as to why you developed LVH? Did you use to run things like big Test or have High Blood pressure for long periods?
Lots of factors, It was my first time running GH but I was also running IGF1 and mk677 concurrently like a fucking idiot. Last one I was just taking i In hopes of better sleep. I wasn’t sleeping well at all and I’ll get to why that turned Shortly. I was running way too much gear instead of focusing on my diet better I reckless amounts of stuff like so many youngsters these days I was on way too much tren. That time I stayed on a blast way too long. I had a lot of water retention. First sign something was seriously wrong with my ankle and feet started swelling up like crazy. That’s when I started looking into everything because that freaked me out. I knew it could be only from an issue with my heart or kidneys, most likely. Anyways, around that time, my fiancé had gotten back from Poland and she told me basically I had all the signs of sleep apnea badly. She said constantly throughout the night I’d stop breathing and then gasp for air. That explains why I was always so tired and so desperate to improve my sleep. I’m sure as you know even having sleep apnea by itself has been shown to cause cardiomegaly and left ventricular hypertrophy now adding all the other crap I was doing with all the growth factors all the water attention causing high blood pressure I wasn’t dealing with. But once my ankles turned out that way, I immediately took it seriously especially once I found out from her. I might have sleep apnea got a sleep test and obviously they said it’s bad. I could not sleep with a fucking mask on my face no matter how hard I tried. So I immediately got off of everything initially I was only taking 80 mg of testosterone in a week once all this happened as my HRT dose. I lost 60 pounds very rapidly. I’m talking like six weeks maybe or less probably less Closer to a month. Once I lost that first 60 pounds my sleep apnea disappeared. I had another sleep test done and losing that weight had resolved it. One thing I didn’t mention is before I lost that weight when I first started investigating what was going on and I had the sleep test done. I had the blood work done and my high sensitivity, cardiac C reactive protein. Was 11.8.. that alone right there shows you how fucked up things were. That’s reckless amounts of inflammation. Then I actually started seeing articles on PubMed about doctors hypothesizing because it’s a known fact if you have sleep apnea your c reactive protein will be elevated from that alone so all these doctors were trying to figure out was it the sleep apnea causing the inflammation to spike or was it the fact that inflammation spiked and that caused the sleep apnea anyways who knows. Regardless like I said I took that shit seriously for three years I was skinny as fuck looked borderline, unhealthy how skinny I was, but I was freaked out about my heart issues and willing to do whatever it took, and it worked out in the end, like I said from the peptides, especially my cardiologist said and over 30 years, he had never seen such a rapid and massive regression of LVH .
Thank you for your detailed reply buddy!! Its funny you should mention about the sleeping issue as I use to get a similar thing to this - I would fall asleep and then what would feel like 5 minutes later I would wake up gasping for air as if I had been holding my breath and also felt panicked!! I had no clue what was going on and it always seemed to happen when I had DBol in me, and when I was hot in the summer. Once I got my blood pressure under control and started taking meds for it this never happened again!! I am not quite sure why it was causing this for me but it did. I also had horrific foot, ankle and leg swelling when I was in hospital with steroid induced hepatitis - it could of been down to a number of reasons though but they thought it was because my Albumin was very low because my liver was suffering - so the water was leaking out of my veins into surrounding tissues. Must of easily had a few litres of water in my legs and it was making it difficult to walk. My kidney values at the time were coming back as deranged too and coincidentally I was running high Trenbolone for a very long period too during all of this. They also ran a Heart scan too where you see it beating in your chest on the screen in front of you but everything looked okay.
I am really thankful that you have done this forum post listing the peptides that you took as I have a good friend on here who is having some bad heart issues, I have sent him a PM with the link to all this so hopefully he will see it and it will be of some use to him. I know when he was last on he was trying various peptides he believed would help a lot as this seems to be regularly discussed across online muscle forums with guys who have/had LVH and other heart ejection fraction problems.
I Hope you continue to improve and remain healthy mate, I am really happy you managed to sort it out - Hopefully others who have this issue or think they might will come across this post
Maybe I should go to the forum board and make a post specifically about LVH and heart remodeling and all the steps I took to resolve my issues. I’ve never posted that way before, but I’m sure it won’t be too difficult to figure out and like you said it would probably help a shit load of people on here. I wish I had that information from the beginning when I had that problem. I spent two years obsessively researching the topic until I came up with the protocol. I used the third year which finally result everything.
I'm on their reta and slu pp 332. Stuffs phenomenal. Can't wait to hear your experience.
