Third day on 3iu split am pm switched from mk first experience with gh and the difference is amazing I lost like 10-12lbs of water in the first 2 days im sleeping better and feal great gh is the shit so glad its finally affordable

Probably not I added 30min more fasted cardio cut carbs switched from mk to gh and had stopped deca loke 4-5 weeks before is probably why I dropped a bunch of wieght in 2 days but I fall asleep way easier on gh so far im only taking 3iu a day nothing crazy should happen
I have a box of GKs HGH in my fridge. It’s not mixed yet. I started taking some small doses for a few weeks, only 2iu a day. Then I was told it’s pretty much wasting it, as that’s what my body would make on its own & it takes a few months to really get the benefits. I did also notice though, that I was getting some better sleep (I have sleep issues so it was noticeable), but I stopped it for now because I don’t want to waste it, and can’t get back to the gym until after the holidays. Also want to make sure I’ll have the money to support taking enough, for enough time, to get the benefits.

2iu a day is good for me I chose 3 but im old I could use the replacement and waiting till you can run it for months is the best choice gh takes a long time to get results also check out the article on here about how much and when to take gh its great the dude who wrote it really knows his stuff
