Nice chest work on those shoulders to balance out you physique. Keep up the good work
your lower abs are on point.. look very hard! nice work!
Dude, your look is pretty fucking great. Obviously, as always, be smart! Whenever I see Halo in someone's stack, I worry when they're not fighting. That shit is HARD on your body, and you're already pushing yourself hard with your lifting and cardio. I'm not picking on you! Just saying this in case a newbie is in here, reads this, and then thinks they can emulate you. (NOTE TO THE KIDS READING THIS: @Kike0507 knows his shit, so please do not blindly follow in his footsteps! Ask questions, learn, be smart and conservative, and get to where he's at over the course of years of hard lifting, plenty of cardio, smart diet and intelligent AAS use, please.)
All that being said, holy fuck brother, if you don't win in 8 weeks, the judges can fuck themselves. GOOD WORK!!!
More then just fighters use halo 95% of competing bodybuilders use them during prep the last 2 to 4 weeks. Most purely to have motivation to finish and have the aggression to make it to the end goal. Unlike fighters who aren't worried about losing muscle along with their fat and water to make weight , bodybuilders have to lose water and fat while keeping all their muscle. Not taking anything away from fighters but halo is definitely hands down used more in the bodybuilding and power lifting then in fighting.
I thought is was great for hardening your physique as well.
@tonytulo, thank you for sharing this info with me! I've read a fair bit about halo, but I haven't really "studied" it since it's not the right fit for my goals. I admit, I'm not a body builder, nor am I a powerlifter, although I take my lifting quite seriously in my own world. I simply don't compete. Halo is something that can be pretty harsh, and I'm grateful that there are men here who've shared their experiences with it, including you sharing this info with me.
This is the main reason I love eroids. It's every bit as effective at educating it's users as any med school. (Yes, that's a BIG statement, but the sincerity and candidness of peeps here has been a big blessing to me in my own life moving forward.) Cheers @tonytulo!
Not a problem. Right on bro.
thank.you.apreciate you.words, and u right the key here is the.nutritions, AAS is just extra help but any AAS no works it u no eat right, is this part when TVE regular people fall , recomend training natural forma few years and no used AAS to young
