Looking fantastic brother! Well muscled, shapely and symmetrical physique! Nice tie-ins resulting in fine lines and pleasing contours! Try consuming a vast amount of calories just before bedtime! Have a high caloric shake in the fridge and a jar of peanut butter on the kitchen table to munch on during the night!

Looking ripped! Nice work! Papaya and pineapple juice have helped me not feel so full all the time I think the enzymes help digest food. Also make a high calorie shake before bed and drink it in the middle of the night. Few things that have helped me.

The weight has obviously gone to your arms mate. How often do you train them and how much volume etc? Anything crazy like site injections. Always impressed and keeps me pushing harder seeing your progress.

I train biceps on chest day and triceps on back day I do high volume reps 10 to 12 fairly heavy weight. I superset every workout thinking about changing it up though to lower reps high weight to shock the body like suggested below

Thanks for the advice. I'm nothing compared to you but you could also try resting for a minimum of 3 minutes in between sets also if you haven't already. Or if do try only resting for 30 seconds max. Mix it up as much as possible to shock the system.

Lately I been so busy with work that when I'm off I want to be lazy and this hitting the gym 3 days a week shit I been doing just ain't enough. +1 for your dedication

I force fed myself a lot of high glycemic carbs throughout the day as a last ditch effort to put on quick weight a couple months ago and found that it really isn't worth it. Fat gained; lesson learned. Nothing poignant here, but I think the longer the mass takes to put on, the higher quality it is. And the photos don't lie. Looking good

Ya man I have been pouring in the calories right now and the growth is stagnant and have noticed my core isn't as good as it was a few months ago. Probably need to just get over the mind fuck and just keep at it

Diet plays a huge role in that. Days i pound the carbs down i look full as hell. Other days not so much. Im totally cool with the scale not moving if my clothes are tighter and i look bigger...recomp brother

Ya I try to stay off them, and no the wheels don't match man been trying to bring them up best I can but have dealt with 2 herniated discs since 09 and have had several issues with back since so I don't force squats or dead lifts I do as much as I can without risk of anymore injury to lower back
