Well...I was really worried I'd be fucked for life after ruining my shoulder. Losing my physique was one of my biggest concerns. I'm definitely not what I was...buuuut neither are my diet, training and supplement regiment.
But I'm fucking 30 yrs old, recently single and happy with where I'm at.
I'm honestly surprised I kept as much as I have. I barely take shit anymore, I drink every night, barely eat and take drugs.... I'm in the process of pulling my shit together.
Just looking for some feed back and input on the pic. Thanks bros

as far as feedback, it looks like your holding solid. might just be the pic or the pose your doing but the only thing i can critique on is maybe trying to widen up the lats a bit and perhaps concentrate on bringing up the Bi's too. Delts still look great for having a shoulder injury and chest is still looking thick. ...lucky bastard haha
