Dont let all the haters get you down. We all have our own goals. Its incredibly easy to get fat, which in my opinion most of the people who talk shit are. Looking forward to the EBC results. If people cant do it for themselves, there is always money to motivate.
Im 5'10" and 208. I could easily eat junk and hit 230+ on the scale, which it seems would impress more people on the board but my goals are lean, strong, and athletic. The only person I am in competition with is myself.
You are athletic I give you that. It’s going to be easy to put muscle on without a ton of fat.im not going to give you advise on steroids because I am not qualified as I am new to gear, but I can tell you that you gotta eat a lot. Try clean foods at first and if you don’t gain a lot of weight no matter how much you eat then eat dirty one snack at a time until you start gaining. Do eat dirty all at once just add a little at a time so you can dial it in right. Peanut butter helps and it’s good for you. Dense In Calories. They have a section in the forums here on weight gaining. I am writing a rough draft for not on paper and will be posting there soon because I weighed 135 most of my life and gained 40 pounds natural and want to help people that need to gain weight.
my favorite Arnold quote “ skinny guy with abs , is like a fat chick with tits” it just doesn’t count.
With that being said, and this being a new direction for you with a goal in mind to be better you . we all started somewhere, I was 180 when I started my journey. So why not you .! Good luck brotha !
the bones from your rib cage are sticking out through your skin. can clearly see your collar bone and bones throughout where your pecs should be. You look like a human skeleton.
i ask cause you are posting a pic on a mainly BB forum. which would mean you would have a different appearance. But then again this is a new trend with some younger BB's going for that look.
if you are an athlete that would make sense. Runner, boxer, MMA, etc.
Unless, have you appeared on DancingBear.com....lol..., no homo
Is rather you give it to me straight like you did in my buddies post. If nobody told me what I need to work on I wouldn’t improve. It’s something we all need. So no it’s not being an asshole. Keep giving it straight brother.
Escaped from Auschwitz haha. It's because of what I do as an athlete, it's too much cardio, puts me in a caloric deficit. My plan is to take some time off from what I do and focus more on adding mass while on this cycle. I will be upping food intake and focusing on my fitness goal.
Ok I see. Well you look like you could probably run a marathon.
Theres alot of athletes that use that arent bodybuilders. I forget that sometimes.
Goodluck
A lot of athletes have to use to continue to do what they do. You cant comeback fast enough or at all sometimes from sport's injuries without gear. Doctors can only do so much for you, and I tell guys all the time they've gotta take some matters into their own hands. One day I will only be a bodybuilder, and that's a good future to look forward to.
Welcome to Eroids. Thanks for sharing. Good luck with your goals. Good lighting, good costume, and good poses. Shows you put some effort into your pic for eroids. I feel like Shred has a lot to contribute to Eroids. PM me with your fave sources. thanks for reading this.
Ive been there, and at this weight i felt skinny even though my legs were stronger my upper body lifts were always subpar for my own standards. I had a super hot woman tell me how great i looked at around 6'3 170 and i replied "you like the skinny look eh". My goal is at least 235 with a height of 6'3 but 250 is my goal
Well its not a go go dancer. I will go with swim
But whatever it is keep at it. If you enjoy something and can possibly make money at the same time sounds like a win win
When the day comes that I can no longer do what I do I will still have training.
Shawn Rhoden winning Mr Olympia at his age, that's inspiring to me.
I'll probably be more of a Kane Sumabat type with lingering injuries
Kane Sumabat SHRED TILL DEAD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j2-zIOg9c0
Man. I don’t know how you do it. The caloric restriction and amount of daily fasted cardio I have to do to stay under 200 lbs at 5’11” is brutal. 3 inches on me and almost 20 lbs lighter, I can only imagine how hard controlling appetite must be. Sometimes all I can think about is how badly I want to binge and eat whole pizza pies followed by chocolate bars
I take what I do very seriously. I haven't had a soda in over 10 years. I'm kinda old in my game, I've seen guys get burned out before 30. I've used so many peptides, HGH, and all kinds of gear just to heal injuries. I've had more MRI's than I can count. Several surgeries. Spent more money seeing doctors for injuries than I'll ever spend on gear. Gear is mostly medicine in my book.
Yes it's "rattlehead" from Megadeth. Heavy metal for life! Shred till dead!
I don’t doubt it. Not gonna lie and say I’m not very curious as to what sport this is that causes so many injuries. I have my guesses, but it’s your business and yours alone 100% so I won’t even try to prod.
Yes, took me back to their first album. “Loved to Deth,” “The Skull Beneath the Skin,” “Rattlehead,” “Looking Down the Cross”… that was some genuinely angry, aggressive, pissed the fuck off, but perfectly executed thrash metal. Everyone goes on about Rust in Peace, and I dig it, a lot, but the vicious hunger that Mustaine had on that first album was just never able to be replicated. It would be imposible to
Mmm, I know I’m in the vast minority on this one, but I’ve always preferred So Far, So Good, So What to Peace Sells. Just by a hair.
All this notwithstanding, Marty Friedman‘s solo in “Tornado of Souls” is a gift send straight from the metal gods. I haven’t heard such an outpouring of emotion in guitar form in a bona fide extreme metal song quite like that until a (then) young prodigy no one has ever heard of named Muhammed Suiçmez put out a little number called “Fermented Offal Discharge.” Just where you’d expect such a gorgeous solo, naturally
Have you been here before? This feels familiar...
Very lean but also very small. 180 at your height is almost unhealthy skinny. I think you’d be better served saving the drugs for when you really need them. Just add some more food if mass is your goal.
Keep in mind, anabolics are for adding size when you’ve added all you can naturally.
Look at some other athletes. Take Phelps for example, he's 6'4 and 194lbs. Or Gold Medalist triathlete Alistair Brownlee at 6'0 154lbs. Those guys probably sound small for their height to you sir. A lot of athletes build a body for performance in their field. I love to train. I have fitness goals. And my fitness goals are not the same as everyones.
No. I have not posted pics here before. I have always been very lean. I'm an athlete (I won't say what I do). I will say this, what I do burns a lot of cals and has came with many injuries over the years. I am actually at a decent weight for what I do. Adding some mass is my goal. I'm not looking to get so big that it makes what I do more difficult. There's an athletic disadvantage to being too heavy for what I do. I've got my goals. This wont be my first, second, or even third cycle.
Nice foundation.
Slow and steady for long term results!
AnonThank you sir

LMFAO
Like rusty says eat big bro. You can def add some quality mass.
Ghrp6
AnonThat's a good idea. GHRP6 would be a good addition to get my hunger up. I've already got some with CJC-1295 on hand to pair with it.

Permalink“ skinny guy with abs , is like a fat chick with tits” very true thats why every 17 year old kid with abs thinks he s got muscles.
jayiskthe bones from your rib cage are sticking out through your skin. can clearly see your collar bone and bones throughout where your pecs should be. You look like a human skeleton.
Do you have an eating disorder?
Shoot. You should have seen me at 29!
6’0” 145lbs
Skinny as hell
But then again at 207 right I still feel skinny
Dang body dysmorphic disorder. Ha
AnonNo eating disorder. I've explained some things in the comments.

WillzillaStart eating for purpose. Even if u dont want those carbs force them down and reap the benefits while on cycle

RustyhookerOh snaps! A real brain teaser right there!!

Isn’t that the old Megadeth logo?
