I used to be 350+ of pure lard fat lbs so if u ever wanna hear how i lost some quick lbs shoot me a message. Its not for everyone and not everyone will agree but I did IF and it helped a ton. The biggest motivator for people can be seeing that fat drop off so if u dont mind risking losing a couple lbs of LBM for many times more of that in fat lbs I can try to help but u got viking and co behind u so ur in good hands.
