Had a pretty nice arm pump havent messured in awhile last time i did was last year at 17 1/2 not sure what im at now what u guys think ? 5 weeks on swoles sustonon loving it kinda sad to take a break next week then after pct gotta hit it hard again will keep u guys posted thanks again swole
