Today 40 is really the new 20. With HRT and how we've evolved with working out for hypertrophy and what we know about the importance of diet it doesn't surprise me anymore to see 40 and 50 year old guys looking like this. Might want to blur your face. Unless you don't care about being recognized on a steroid forum. Or just don't care period. But it's just a preference. I guess if you DID care you would have already taken it down and reposted it blurred. Anyways, outstanding work. Guys being "big" int their 40's and 50's don't impress me. But the ABS... there's no denying the discipline it takes to obtain those.
From someone who has now hit 52 I can say it is a much more grueling process to get into that kind of shape then it was when I was in my 20's, 30's, and even 40's. TRT or not the metabolism takes a huge hit the older you get making staying in shape exponentially harder. I have much more respect for someone in good shape in their 40's or 50's because I know how much more dedication it takes to get there.
