The weight is not coming as fast as I'd like but I have been messing up on nutrition. 1 step forward, 1 step back :-( Consistency is the name of the game! Down here in Tampa tearing it up at Kinetix!!!
Still see the Abs, veins, and broke all my PBs from last year, so I'm OK with where I am right now! LOL :-P

Thanks Brother! I'm planning on 3 shows, the first 3 Saturdays in Aug. I should be in top shape for at least 1, but I'm looking to be prime for all 3! LOL ;-P

That's what I want like 20 more pounds and keep the cut, then tear it down to 222 ripped! Running Monster Blend 1500mg right now, if 2300mg of EQ\wk don't get me eating.....LOL ;-P

Pecs are bigger than they've ever been still pushing hard I'd like to add some decline work but our routine has to fit both of us so....yeah you like that? Went from needing traps to veiny! Im happy they still need size but so does almost everything!

Super shredded my dude as always, No disrespect just an honest appraisal, chest mass in particular between the lower chest and abs are you doing weighted dips? You look spectacular just giving some constructive criticism.

Thanks Bro, no disrespect at all, I'll take all the constructive criticism I can get! Personally I think I need more chest everywhere. I don't do dips at all any more, I go too deep and they stress my shoulders. I have been going heavy on the seated Tricep Pushdown machine though to make up for the lack of dips.

i actually was wondering that. i tore my pectoral muscle about a year ago and have the same problems on dips i usually stay away but cant really get a nice lower chest. i been doing the sitting tricep pushdown and wondering. would tht give me similar results for chest for my lower pecs? and do u have any other excersies for lower chest? my chest is pretty strong but i have 0 lower chest bulge..sorry if im impsing on your post just figured id ask som1 who looks like they would no lol.. btw deff looking solid as hell man goodsh*t

The other exercise I do that hits lower inside chest is high pulley cable flys.
