Here a pic of me 4 days post surgery. Happy with the look of my surgery. Not so happy with the look of me with my shirt off right now I've been eating like a monster looking a lil bloated. Haha Ill be back better then ever soon.

Looks good man! What's the average recovery time? From my pics today and from what people are saying I'm gonna have to go with the surgery also. I couldn't picture myself staying out of the gym for more than a day :(

$3,800 I didn't go aneststia. If I decided to go under it was more $5,500 to $6,000. I go to the doc tomorrow to see if I can work out or when I'll be cleared. Tomorrow will be 7 days!

Other than the tape youd never know! Looks like a good job, but never had a comparison. Hope it heals up quick. I wouldn't worry about the extra calories either, that'll fuel you through when you start hitting it hard.
