Pharma grade hgh. Premixed in a pen that you can put tips on and inject by pushing a spring loaded button. I'm not that cool. I stick the skin pin in it and draw out. It's 1.5 ml of liquid but I have to take half the dose of this compared to the Chinese hgh products. It's a lot a cheddar. I like it a lot.
