Haha I will but I want to see where I'm at at 200lbs. Honestly will probably not be ready till I'm 192-195. I want to recomp at 200 but I think it would be more practical to do so at 195.

Drop those remaining pounds the right way. You don't want to be sacrificing any more muscle. You are looking a little flatter and less full than your pics from a few weeks ago.

I got sick about 2 weeks ago, ate maybe 1000 calories over the course of 4 days. Missed the gym for about 10 days total. Made it up by eating around 3000 cals for the last 4 days, probably do 2800 for two days then back down to 2500 until I plateau. Added 20 mins cardio after 60 min workout, three times a week. Thinking maybe I should slow down, stay at 2800-2900 cals but I can't decide.

Could just be the pics but when I look back at your other pics, I think you look much fuller and better in those. Looking flat and less dense in these pics compared to those, especially with that much test and deca in the mix so just cautioning you about dieting to hard to fast.
