+ 14 20 Weeks Dialed In – Slow Burn, Hard Cut

Shredding down the slow and steady way—controlled, phased, and dialed in.
I broke this blast into 3 clear phases (each around 4–6 weeks), gradually increasing dosages as the calorie deficit deepened. Kicked things off with a light push (100mg Anadrol pulsed pre-workout) and a slight surplus to build momentum… then ramped it up into a full-on fat-loss assault.

Currently sitting at:
600mg Tren Ace / 600mg Mast Prop / 600mg Test / 5iu HGH
Feeling strong, getting dry, staying focused—and holding performance surprisingly well, even deep in the deficit. (And yeah, it’ll tighten even more over the next few phases.)

And this is just the beginning.
Still got a lot of weeks to go, and the real progress will show as the grind continues. Right now I’m feeling solid—not cruising, not crashing. Just consistent.

Like with any blast, things can shift. Bloodwork or biofeedback always take priority, and I’m not afraid to pivot if something feels off. I’ve run Tren enough times to know what to expect, and even though it wrecks some guys, I’ve learned how to manage it. Sides are under control so far—proper support and smart supps go a long way.

Now it’s just about staying locked in. Time will tell if I get fully diced by summer… but I’m chasing it hard. Let’s get peeled, boys.

Big Panda! keep the test and masteron steady,while increasing weekly only trenace and gh,daily injections,you will see a huge difference bro

one of the tricks of the old pros of the 90's were 24 week cycles, where they started with tren ace 50mg/ed up to 300mg/ed, they increased the GH by 1iu/week in their daily dose(week1 4iu/day, week2 5iu/day...)

No homo question but hows your libido feeling ifni took mast and test at 1:1 like that i cant get hard for shit. Same with primo i have to run at least 2:1 to avoid the estro crash

Yes, you are correct; you must find the right balance, which varies from person to person. Libido is skyrocketing, however be careful that for certain folks, running a 1:1 test mast may be enough to crash E2. So, if that happens, your libido, humor, drive, and other qualities suffer. I'm keeping an eye on it with caution as always.

Thats a Hardcore cycle right there mate - I know because I've done it LOL I leave the Mast out for NPP because the Tren can be so dehydrating and drying. You will get strong off it for sure!! I assume you are running some kind of BP med are ya as 600 Tren and 100mg Adrol will get it right up there lol

Yes, I am currently using Nebivolol 5mg and Cialis 5mg on a continuous basis. Adrol was taken for a quick start, and I'd already quit taking it. Only injectables for now, until the final 6-8 weeks, when other compounds will be added to finish it.

Cardio is the worst for me. I try at the end of my training session but it doesn’t always happen. How long are your cardio sessions??

I could not agree more. Cardio is an unpleasant medicine that I have to take every day. For overall health advantages, longevity and so on. I'm doing a 40-minute post-workout. Fasted cardio will be added to the plan for the final 6-8 weeks. But I usually stick to 40 minutes per day or 20 minutes of HIIT three times a week (which I am not doing right now).

Also, I have always been interested in what bloods look like from guys mid cycle running tren & 2g of gear. Would love to see some of that if you get them done.

I’ve been using some Reta this cut and bro it helps so much. Not sure if you struggle with food noise & hunger but as you get leaner you def gotta check it out. Tirz also worked great for me too

Yes, bro, that is what I have been looking for. Bloodwork is scheduled for mid-blast and at the end. I will attempt to post it. I have Tirzepatide on hand and normally use it during the cutting phase. While I prefer Reta, Tirz works better for me as an appetite suppressor. It will be introduced over the next three weeks. My only knock on dosages is when guys run a ton of orals. Some guys tolerate high injectables very well. I am not one of those guys but if you were on a ton of orals I’d have to knock it. Keep doing what works for you.

There is no doubt that excessive orals overburden the immune system, liver, and, particularly, the gastrointestinal system; yet, if not excessive, they can be effective with the right approach. I'm not using any orals now and feel OK. Thank you for your words, bro.

It depends highly for me. On a cut can make it happen with wayyy less than when gaining, but that’s just common sense.

I mean I cruise its very low 250/150 primo but I don't change that much on a lean phase from a growth phase, and the deeper I go the more is needed to hold on to the muscle I have but there are plenty of guys around here that have done 600mg test and got plenty big. Just depends on the goals!

Going back to DFW tomorrow thankfully it’s not nearly as bad up there more green and wet. Out in West Texas we just have a flat fuckin desert that gets absurdly hot. Almost like Arizona desert still gets cold 40-50-60 at night but during day it gets crazy. Lots of water shortages out here and such. No trees over 10ft and all the ground is either flat hard dirt or dying grass. The residents in county lines aren’t even allowed to run sprinklers more than once a week.

Hahaha I feel that. I have a few memberships and hop around depending on the time and mood. Anytime fitness and lifetime I always wear my shirt indoors and practice respect as it’s frowns upon and normally crowded. I get people get uncomfortable. Then I also have A underground gym near me that is used by some bigger BB’s and powerlifters and there I am almost always shirtless and having a primal workout lol. I keep the anytime for the 24/7 and then lifetime for the Olympic size pool/sauna and much more options in terms of recovery and machines.

The shirtless photo shoot begins after the cut:) Lol - Dude, I weighed 230 pounds yesterday morning on an empty stomach. My weight should drop dramatically as water retention decreases, and if I tighten up my diet and fitness routine, I believe I will lose at least 10-15 pounds of fat; perhaps more? Time will tell! The max muscle mass I can maintain is a profit. The only tren negative effects I've had are night sweats. Aside from that, I sleep great. Of course, I supplement. I create a blend before going to bed, and it works great. I have been using Gaba, 5HTP, L-theanine, melatonin, glycine, magnesium and Valerian root tea. Max 3 times a week or if needed I use Phenibut also. Works like a charm.

You'll surely enjoy it. Start gradually and build your way up, especially if you're new to Tren. Many people are more sensitive to side effects than others, therefore it is beneficial to start slowly and gradually rather than going all out right once. The dosages appear to be adequate; however, tailor them to your own situation and goals. Yes, bro, thank you for your input.
