Another stone shed! thought il show you the progress with old Gut n handles.
Very Pleased with results so far!
Height: 5'7
Before weight: 15.5 Stone
Current Weight: 13.5 Stone
I Measured around handle area 3rd week in on deit/cut i was 105cm around n now currently 93cm, still have a way to go but all takes time!
