Five events in total .. when I get my sheet with the results on it I will update my final weights on each event.
Clean and press ..285lbs 5 times
Farmers walk .. 245lbs each hand completed course in 45 sec
Atlas stones ..5 stones 200-400 lbs
Conan wheel.. 550lbs 3 revolutions
Beer barrel toss ..225lbs 7 times over the bar
