For your courage and persistance
epcfitnessLook I can see you need help so I'm willing to share this meal plan I wrote up for you.
Meal 1: 4oz steak 2 whole eggs 3 slices ezekiel bread
Meal 2: 4oz sweet potatoes 6oz chicken breast 1 side salad with 1tbs olive oil/vinegar
Meal 3: 1 cup white rice 6oz chicken breast 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4: Same as meal 3
Gym
Meal 5: 4oz sweet potatoes 6oz chicken breast 12 asparagus spears
Meal 6 before bed: 1oz almonds 2 scoops casein protein
Follow this for 8-12 weeks bro with ONE cheat meal PER week. Everything else to the tee, no ketchup on the chicken and no butter on the bread. I promise you that you will see great results. Try eating every 2-3 hours. By week 4 your metabolism will be fired up through the roof and your fat loss will skyrocket along with building lean muscle. Good luck
AnonAll of that looks great and I'm more than willing to do I but I can't eat steak and really thick beef because I don't have a gallbladder I'll be backed up and sick for days if I try I can do everything else though! Add me and pm me I got a couple of questions for you I'm at physical therapy now I'll get to it when I get home bro

See my post below with many academic source to reference regarding tumor growth and AAS, as well the best food while dealing with cancers/ tumors
Well bro well all know that high levels or hormones can lead to tumors. I hope you think about that.
I wish you well man. I hope your back on the road towards recovery.
Cooking is very important to me, it has a healing effect.
I think you should take up cooking and nutrition as a hobby. If you put in the effort into that, like you put effort into eroids I think you will find health faster in you life.
There are many herb and spices that help dimminsh cancer. Also being in a high alkaline diet it will also delay the onsets.
Trust me JK. You need to shift your focus to a more Holistic path. My family is very knowledgeable in this subject.
My family besides me eats very strict DIET. Allmost Vegan, and gluten free. I have taken classes on nutrition in the General Mill's Building at the Culinary Institute of America.

At high levels, these naturally-occurring hormones can increase our risk of some cancers by encouraging cells to multiply more than they usually would.

Gear's not magic, it might even be less productive because your BF looks to be over 25% There are a lot of good people on here with tons of great information. Good luck to you.
Just curious but why did you choose to add anavar?
beyondimportsHire a trainer. There are really good ones for 100-150 a month. Your results will sky rocket from proper nutrition and training. I know you have to be unhappy with how you look. Health and surgeries aside, if you're serious about this lifestyle, you need a trainer. And I don't mean one from your local la fitness or something. Look up a real bodybuilding coach
Loose_CannonListen to Viking bro!!!

Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalink25+ From what i can see, Bro you really do need to quit the gear and concentrate on becoming an expert with your nutrition and training...... i cannot see any muscles or a single cut bro, running the gear like you do is seriously going to fuck you up at some stage....... listen i have nothing to gain from flaming you here bro what i am trying to do is help you get on the right path and make some real changes to your body.
Bro in all honesty you must scan through this self pic section and see the difference in yourself and others.... answer me this question!.. Do you think you really look like you use steroids?
AnonI have always thought this same thing but never said it
I think his focus needs to be on reconstruction before trying to build with high bf%
Viking is basically king of this page and where my karma and experience on this page and in training experience don't even compare to his, if you don't listen to me listen to him man, I'm not trying to bash (okay maybe a little cause you don't listen to people trying to help) but this is not the type of stuff to be hard headed about...
go to his page, see his results? see how many cycles he has pushed? see the difference it has made? anyone who supports that should be neg'd
Anonon of the reasons anavar dbol and other aas are prescribed is for surgery so one can maintain weight and build muscle . He has gone though few surgery's from what he has told me and this is a part of his process. Unless i am misinformed there is no reason to negg him
We are in the US...idk where you are from but doctors don't just hand out anavar and dbol and if you think that you are very misinformed, I have many friends in the medical field, I can say for a fact he isn't receiving these AAS from a script from a dr because they don't want him to lose muscle, any doc would see he is in a unhealthy weight category and his medical issues are way more severe than to worry about some muscle loss, I honesty don't believe anything this guy says with his track record
Anonhttp://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a604024.html#why
Cool link bro...and that proves?
AnonAnd yes it is Watson brand but most of the time I will add an additional 100mg to improve even more I've had 5 surgeries since last January two of those were to remove two small tumors but it would always destroy a lot of muscle I've had to work so hard to reach and maintain my goal but thank you bro for all of the support you've given me people like you are why I love this forum
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkAnonYes you are correct I can barely walk at the moment he dropped me to 100mg per week to get through the rest
still running cycles before you get your diet in check i see, i still advise you stop running anything until you can get a nutritionist for a few years to help you, you will reap way more in gains by diet than with any cycle at this point. You are just burning your body out and not making any changes worth the risk of running cycles
AnonMy reasons for running this cycle was to help me get through physical therapy I had to have 2 sugeris on my legs And I was advised to use bare minimum doses I've lost a lot of muscle
Im confused man, I have followed you over the years, you have lost some weight, all which could have been done with nutrition, you continually say you have all these health issues such as tumors or liver issues, you said you had cancer i believe, and now 2 leg surgeries, just seem fishy and if anything that is all more reason to STOP using any cycles, get your health in check and learn the power of proper nutrition. SERIOUSLY, you seem to have more to worry about health wise than using AAS
AnonI've had shitty health my entire life if its not one thing its another I don't have to answer to you
