+ 1 18 1/2 arms???

First time measuring arms and i guess they are 18 1/2. Funny thing is i barely work my biceps like most people in the gym. 3 exercises for bi's usually, 2 heavy and one burnout. But with triceps i def murder them. Anyone got any good exercises to really get the back of the triceps to pop out? any advice is appreciated thanks!

Slow heavy squeezing reps what I do for tris , I always squeeze em 1-2 seconds every rep n feel every rep! I don't think it's down to what exercise you do, as long as you get full contraction of the muscle it's a rap!

And of course you can do fast burn outs towards the end ;)

k, i will do this. I usually do go pretty slow. but when you do skull crushers for example. when you squeeze do you lock your arms while you squeeze? I mean i really do kill triceps..but i cant get the back to pop out as much as I would like. heres my workout for it:

skullcrushers 4 sets 12-20 reps. work up to 100 lbs.
close grip bench 4 sets 10-15 reps. work up to 205 lbs.
overhead single dumbell press 3 sets of 85lbs
pushdowns burnout
kickbacks burn out
dips 3 sets of 20

thanks for the advice, im going to really focus on the contraction and ill let u know how it goes.

right, when I work out tri's i have to force myself to leave the gym..especially when on. I always see people spend hours on biceps but i just dont see the point.
