Been doing a lot of sight seeing/walking, eating off the diet , but hitting the gym at the hotel daily.
Last little pump until back to reality & back to the diet !
Just happy I didn't go way off the rails while on vacation

It is , but at just over 6ft, it's not an uncomfortable , hard to breath, sweating all the time huge. I did get asked if I completely multiple time which made me happy !!!

Eat whatever you want and dont worry about that hotel gym bro. ENJOY YOUR VACATION!! A little break is good for the body...there's plenty of grilled chicken and weights to move when you get back, just enjoy yourself
