Looks great. What did you dose it at and what did you notice from that specific cycle? A friend wants to try it for cutting and toning along with T3. I'm thinking she should start with 5mgs/day and maybe move up to 10mgs after 2 weeks if she handles it well. 10 weeks seems like alot, did you notice any negative sides or do you think 10 weeks is needed for the best results? And did you take anything else along with it?
Thank you, I ran it at 10 mg in the beginning and got great results and eventually bumped it up to 20 mg split. 10 in the morning upon waking and the other 10 an hour pre workout in the late afternoon. I would have most likely done it the same way as you're talking about with 5mg but this wasn't my first course running Anavar. I ran it alone and I haven't tried anything else as of yet but I'm considering trying primo my next go. I was very pleased with the results and I honestly didn't notice any negative sides. My voice got a little hoarse for about a week the first week I bumped the dose to 20 but it leveled out and went away. My starting weight at the beginning of the cycle was 151 at 26% bf my ending weight was 161 at 20% bf. So the biggest change was body recomposition. I was more muscular and toned but carrying noticeably less body fat.
