Well I have been away for sometime now as I needed to attend to some personal matters on a moments notice. Never the less, I started my blast cycle April 1st as planned and so far so good. The lean gains keep coming on a week by week basis and I see better results as the cycle continues. I am not dieting as maybe I should but I am not competing either so I will leave it at that. I am 50 years of age at 5'9 at 210lbs as of today and BF is at 15%.. I will be adding some strong Anavar on July 1st to lean even more out B4 my vacation in the Caribbean.
