Ive lifted on and off my entire life. Took breaks to deal with school, girlfriends, and life in general. I finally decided to commit myself to this sport and make it a corner stone for overall self improvement.
Regretfully I allowed myself to get to a skinny fat 160 before starting. I had a classic long distance runner physique.
My total gains in lean mass exceed 40lbs when you factor in body fat loss. I owe my success to my research and commitment to diet, training, and rest. I also disposed of the type of people that called me at 10pm to go to a bar and replaced them with guys who called at 10pm to see if I wanted to go back to the gym again.
My short term goal is another 10 lbs this summer. My long term goal is to build a physique worthy of the stage and respect of myself and peers.

Looking big dude & talker than what your profile says. That or them are some short lockers. +1
SeaHawkI insist on being larger than my surroundings. Its the main reason why I took to working out at elementary schools.
I can't tell you how many Friday nights I've spent in the gym... You will see progress in the gym. The only thing you see after a night out at the bar is less money and a hangover. Nice job! I believe that once you're committed to producing results, that's exactly what you'll see! You my friend are showing some results here! +1
Friday night and Sunday morning are my favourite times to go to my gym, Friday its deserted cause everyone is literally next door at the bar, and Sunday everyone is at church.
Btw good progress bro you're lookin large, +1.
SeaHawkThanks bro. A night out is never just a night out. Excessive drinking directly effects your training, diet, and rest for days afterwords. I know when I used to go out- it was always an excuse to skip the next gym session, all my cravings were for grease, and my sleep was crappy hangover rest.
I'm a broette my fine sir :-)
SeaHawkIs that the pink label on your avatar? It's the first time I noticed that feature. Sorry muffin.
Looks like you have the pink label cupcake!
:-)
Her Level 2 looks more of a burgundy to me.
SeaHawkHAHA.
Nice work by the way!
SeaHawkThank you!
