+ 6 1 week out of surgery
ad
Thankfully the surgeon his the incision. This is from the follow up appointment. Haven't done shit except for legs and abs for about 3 weeks prior to surgery and nothing in the week since. Sucks how much your body can change from a month of doing almost nothing. Can't wait to get back at it

+1
Keep that thing clean!! +1
I have a surgery coming up in a few weeks & then I'll get back on cycle & GH. Also going to through some TB500 in on it
its staying clean...that was my post op appt and they were changing the dressing. im gonna hop on some GH for recovery and looking into tb500. i was still tapering off cycle during surgery with prop and my bp and everything was perfect "night of the injury with all the pain, stress, tren, preworkout, and sleep deprivation my bp was 184/40" thank god its perfect again
Is that a pec tear or shoulder related??? I feel for ya bud.. It looks painful and I am having surgery on my right shoulder labrum probably in November to fix the OLD and make it NEW I hope.. Good luck for sure..
pec tear. doc wanted to try and hide the scar since it was a tear in the muscle belly and not the tendon. but damn labrum? guess i should count myself lucky with my recovery. thanks and best of luck on your surgery
Hoping you heal fast and experience a full recovery brother! You'll be back at it in no time
Followed up with the dr today and the tear was half is bad at surgery as it was when I had my MRI. Guess the test tren and var helped me heal a little. But thanks brother
hope it heals quick bro
I wish you a quick recovery bud! My dad did the same thing about 20 years ago lifting extremely heavy. +1 for all the shit you've had to endure bro!
Thanks bud really appreciate it
Hope you recover very soon bro. You will be back at it in no time =)
Thanks brother can't wait to be back at it
With you a speedy recovery. I'm suffering with you, had shoulder surgery the morning!
day of surgery wasnt terrible. was deciding to to take the meds...the third and fourth day changed that for me lol. heal up brother!
I hear ya man. I had a couple surgeries on my shoulder in may. It has been the hardest thing I've physically had to overcome.
i couldnt even imagine the recovery for rotator cuff or a labral tear...guess im lucky it was only muscle
I've had both shoulders have capsule and labrum tears. It was awful to say they least! Just make sure you don't push it when you get back at it
AnonIt sucks bro! I had micro fracture knee surgery 11 months ago and it's still not right.
It's amazing how fast muscles atrophy. (my left leg is the size of a 13 yr old boys leg LOL)
Rest up, heal up, take it slow and you'll be back in no time!
Thanks brotha I know it sucks. You back in the gym yet?
AnonOn and Off. long story, but blew thru all my ins covered PT.
I've had 4 injections of Euflexxa and I still have pain and weakness.
I got back next month for my 1 yr post op MRI, but I have a feeling something was missed or didnt heal right. My doc said i should be back to jogging by now, but I cant even trot at 13min pace or jump. (I'm gonna be the Greg Oden of Eroids LOL)
I am back in the gym slowly, just cant really hammer the legs and I cannot do a single leg extension.
How bad is it? I put the cybex machine on 15lbs and my left leg cannot lift it.
SAD!
Not gonna give up tho. Quitting is for pussies :-P
abd thats the attitude i like to see! wish i could +1 you for that. hope they find the problem this time
AnonMe too! if not, i may look at going to a bigger "city" doc, like Boston/NYC/NJ
Ive heard great things about Regenexx out of NJ (Kobe has nothing on me and my stem cells) LOL
Im 38, 2 kids. I cant not be able to run/jump for at least another 20 yrs. lol
EFF That bro!
Keep us posted on the rehab. this place is great for motivation. I just look at some of the pics on here and there is no reason that it cant be me. ya know?
