09.28.22:
This was my first ever check in with a coach. Before this I was doing all the research on my own and trying things by myself with very little guidance. Here are the stats my scale gave me at the time.
189 lbs
23% BF
No Labs

05.15.23:
End of first bulk phase. I was eating between 4000-5000 Calories. 6 meals a day. started 200mg test cyp in March 2023, 3 months prior.
228lbs
27%

Labs:
Testosterone: >1500 ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 39.9 pg/mL
Prolactin: 9.7 ng/mL
Estradiol: 8.6 pg/mL

Blood panel and thyroid was normal according to my doctor.

03.04.24:
Off the gear for 3ish months now. Calorie deficit. Training 5-6 days/week. medium to heavy weight. Increasing weight every set.

Get the glands removed bro. Do your research because it’s only going to get worse. Now Matter how low in BF% I was, I always had old fat cells in the chest and my nipples were far worse.

I have no symptoms of gyno other than fat tissue in my chest. Always had fat there even as a kid so how would I know if I truly do have gyno other than tenderness and firey feeling?

If you are going to consider cycling again you should consider removing them because you’ll always run into problems.

You have gynecomastia or at least the start of it get some letro pronto.
You should not be using gear you honestly look like you have been training weeks, wasn’t a New Year’s resolution was it ? Get off the gear build a half decent foundation get everything else on point like your diet training rest ect. I will be brutally honest with you I can have guys who have not trained ever come in my gym and get them in better shape and condition than you are in a few months just with training not even looking at there diets or supplementation of any kind not even creatine never mind the gear

no worries at all bro im not here to be coddled. Tell me how it is and ill listen and learn. Ive been learning and taking my bodybuilding serious for the last 3 years. Surrounded myself with others who are serious and competing or plan to compete. Ill be honest I have been experimenting with training during that time to see what I like and works for me. Started Test Cyp under direction of my coach and also I was experiencing extremely low libido (No ED) with slight depression and lack of motivation. My friend told me about TRT and the mental benefits so ultimately I think that's what really made me give it a try. Now that I'm off the gear I feel better. average sex drive, motivated, and overall satisfied with daily living. Could be the diet and training routine thats keeping my endorphins up.
