I didn't think about gains and food as much until I was juicing. It was still on my mind but not a number one priority, trumping family and friends - yea, I'm a dick. I just have laser focus and choose to use it on food and gains. Ask me what I ate Monday three weeks ago, I got that shit. Ask me when my next doctors appointment is, I was either cooking or thinking about food when I scheduled it. I have Siri for that other shit.
