Hgh protocol for fiancé?

Trying to find a good hgh protocol for my fiancé.
Had her on 2 iu a day and now she's up to 4iu a day, what's the best protocol as far as timing?
Should she take all 4 in am or pm before bed or split up to 4 injections 1 iu every 4 hours or split to 2 injections a day of 2 iu?

It's best to split between first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon, I got my wife on 4iu in the morning and another 4iu in the afternoon!
Sides still not hitting her! At that dose I can't feel my left hand at all!
