After first draw stoppers would bulge outwards & they took a beating from multiple draws, looked like a beaver had been chewing on them
Brought it to the src’s attention as it was the labs fault not the reseller
They replaced all vials with a different batch # & after freezing 1 vial I could see the hormone shards
