Hows everyone doing?

So today I am going to go over my Lean Gains Diet that I am currently doing. Its tough not to gain alot of fat on your frame when you are a Chef. Here I will show you how I eat to gain muscle, stay lean, and have great endurance for biking and cooking.

Fried Veal cutlet heroes, Tacos Birria, and whipped potatoes with cream cheese and butter.
NO! i dont eat that right now but I am dreaming of it. Once you hit the goals reward yourself. here is the list of my meals and then below I will tell you how I make them delicious and I crave eating healthy

Meals I will eat today

1 Protein coffe with creatine and vitamin stack
2 ten medium boiled egg whites, Habanero Ketchup, seasonings
3 8oz chicken ,8oz brown chicken stock, zuccini, jalapeno, lettce, carrots- soup
3 8 oz chicken, 8oz Brown chix stock, 3oz potato, onion, corn, cilantro, lime
4 Pre workout shake, vanilla starbucks coffee
5 Post workout shake, banana
7 snack Two sour dough hard pretzels, Seltzer
7 8oz Tilapia Steamed, broccli, spinach, roasted tomatilla and peppers salsa, tomato, onion, cilantro

So when I make my eggs I pop a hole in each shell at the wide end with a thumbtack or a paper clip. Then bring water to a boil and cook 7 minutes for easy yolks 8 minutes to medium . I remove most yoks most days. Never eat solid cooked yoks as perscribed by Dr. Joel Wallace (google it) Shock the eggs in cold tap water then peel, remove yolks and smash. The secret isthe organic habanero ketchup and cumin (today) gotta get alot of seasonings and experiment each day with something different.

I make a brown chix stock out of my old chix bones. First buy and roast whole chickens low and slow at 225 till 140-145 internal temp. Then pell the meat off once room temp. Freeze the bones until you have several pounds of bones. Then defrost and roast the bones till brown. Then make a stock with water, brown bones and let simmer adding water as needed. I actually cook mine two days during the day and then cool strain fat, and what is left is high in collagen and gelatin which is great for the joints!!!!

Mashed potatoes can have butter and perhaps a bit of milk. Creamed (or whipped) potatoes are beaten with an electric mixer -- or one of those old-time hand-held manual mixers -- and they have lots of butter and cream to create a smoother texture.

Yes sir.

We tend to use a "ricer" to mill the potatoes first in the industry, even run it through a Tammy.

At home I don't need silk like potatoes lol

Whipped potatoes are whipped by a whisk, with equal parts cream cheese to butter slowly added pieces. Do not over whip or they become like glue

Where i come from they are called mashed potatoes and I put cream cheese, butter, garlic and a dried ranch packet

Mashing and smashing are different. Think of whipped cream.

Oh ya dont forget the heavy cream

When I first got on this forum a long time ago it was super serious about everything, as it should be for the content matter.

Took a while before I was comfortable cracking some jokes here, My first posts we're about mistakes and sub optimal cycles for the bros here. Caught a shit ton of flack.

It seems now people are less likely to tell you that you are a fucking idiot for making some uneducated mistakes, at the same time key people in the forums make sure not to spoon feed too much. (Rusty) lol
