Yohimbine hcl dilution

Hello,
I've got 5 grams of yohimbine hcl that I am going to suspend in a saline solution.
Just after checking my maths
Was going to dilute it with 100ml of saline (to be taken orally)
Maths wise, for each 0.1ml that should give me 5mg of the yohimbine

But I was thinking its 5/100=0.05 per ml
So 0.1ml gets me 5mg?
The other way I was looking at it is
5gm = 5000mg
5000/100= 50mg per 1ml
50/10 = 5mg per 0.1ml
Yay or nay?
